Kathryn Goldby joins leadership team

We are thrilled to announce that Kathryn Goldby has joined The Cyber Helpline as our Helpline & Service Manager. Kathryn joins our management team and will lead our UK helpline and overall service development.

Kathryn joins us with over a decade of experience working in the online safety sector. She was instrumental in creating, developing and operating the Report Harmful Content service run by online safety charity, SWGfL. In her career to date she has had a particular focus on helpline management and has handled a number of online harm cases.

She will work closely with Head of Operations Charlotte Hooper and CEO Rory Innes to build capacity and drive impact for our vital service.
