How we help

Getting help is simple. Follow these steps and we’ll guide you through recovery.

  • Our chatbot will ask you some questions to help you explain your issue. Once the chatbot has enough information it will match your issue to a known type of cyber attack.

  • Our chatbot will identify the type of threat you're experiencing based on your answers, and you'll be sent in-depth guides and resources to help you understand and proactively manage the threat.

  • If needed, you'll be connected with one of our vetted, volunteer cybersecurity professionals for confidential, one-to-one guidance and support.
