Metropolitan Police - Receive further support from a cybercrime expert

The Cyber Helpline is a free 24/7 help service that helps victims understand, contain, recover and learn from cyberattacks.

You have been referred to us following contact from the Cyber Protect team at the Metropolitan Police. We offer a wide range of online self-help guides that may be specific to the type of crime in your Action Fraud report and could help you resolve your issue or prevent this from happening again.

If you feel you’d benefit from 1:1 support, our referral form below allows you to describe your issue in more detail. Following this submission, you will receive a call from one of our Helpline Responders. Our Helpline Responders are volunteer cyber security experts who will work with you to diagnose your issue and give you advice on next steps. All of our Responders are thoroughly background-checked and trained. If you would rather access our help anonymously then please use our Chatbot Service.

Please note: This service is to discuss your report and issue further and provide tailored guidance to help determine the issue and how to recover. Should you wish to provide further information on your original Action Fraud report or discover additional evidence, this should still be reported to Action Fraud.

We do not share any data with the Metropolitan Police unless you ask us to. By submitting this form you confirm you accept our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
