Shortlisted at The National Cyber Awards!
For a second year in a row The Cyber Helpline has been shortlisted at The National Cyber Awards in the Charity of the Year category. Winning this awards last year was a real highlight of the year for The Cyber Helpline team.
The National Cyber Awards look to reward those who are committed to cyber innovation, cyber crime reduction and protecting citizens online. The National Police Chiefs’ Council (NPCC) is the primary sponsor of the annual awards. The awards ceremony is on Monday 26th of September at London’s Novotel West.
The Cyber Helpline is a finalist in the ‘Charity of the Year’ category. We are in excellent company, the four other finalists in the category are are The Diana Award, The National Museum of Computing, The National Trust and the NSPCC.
Founder & CEO of The Cyber Helpline, Rory Innes, said, “We are the cyber security community coming together to support victims of cybercrime. I am so proud of the team for what we have achieved in the past four years. Being recognised for our passion in this space is a real honour!”.
